The Oak

 

This garden design reworked proportions more in line with the size of the property. The judges called it an amazing and exceptional project, saying “the thoughtfulness and delicate approach around existing trees, buildings shows it’s done with precision.  The many skills involved in this project also shows great workmanship and detailing with exceptional finishes.”

Landscaper of the Year Residential Design

TLA Member: Outdoor Establishments
Project: Little Manly Pool & Garden

 

This project was complex, including significant stormwater and sewer infrastructure, steep topography, overland flow paths, and native habitat for endangered species. Scope of works included a swimming pool and spa, entertaining and play areas, storage solutions and view preservation. The judges noted that the design solved many of the key site issues, commending the sophisticated plant palette.

Landscaper of the Year Commercial & Civil Construction

Project:
 Charles Street Square Upgrade, Parramatta

This new public space for the City of Parramatta had many challenges including steep level changes, flooding constraints, mature trees, numerous stakeholders, heritage considerations, and heavy pedestrian traffic. The scope included new access ramps, pathways, landscaping, shade, kiosk and archaeological work. The judges commented that it was an outstanding project with high quality finishes throughout.

 Discovery Point

Discovery Point is a beautiful hub, with retail spaces, parks, and modern residential developments. Home to over 3500 residents, this waterside neighbourhood offers resort-style living. Maintenance involves ensuring that public areas, gardens and hard surfaces are kept in pristine condition with minimal disruption to residents and visitors.

The Landscape Association does not accept responsibility for loss or damage suffered by any person or body relying directly or indirectly on any information contained within the pro forma contracts or the LNA Master Landscapers Rates Guide Schedule of Rates for Landscape Works. All contracts and Guides are purchased at the risk of those making the purchase.

TLA does not have access to the customer’s credit card number which is encrypted for security purposes. The credit card will be debited at the time of processing the payment. A tax invoice/receipt will be automatically generated and emailed to the customer.

Orders are ordinarily dispatched by Australia Post, Express Post, within seven working days. Five days should be allowed for delivery. This timeframe is indicative only. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the customer if a delay is expected.

Provided an order has not been dispatched, it may be cancelled in full or part by calling The Landscape Association on (02) 9630 4844. Returns are not accepted by The Landscape Association unless the customer has received an unordered or faulty item, or unless otherwise required under Australian legislation.

The Landscape Association reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
