Lockdown in Regional NSW extended 

Due to ongoing concerns about community transmission, stay-at-home orders in place for regional NSW will be extended by two weeks, until at least 11:59pm on 10 September.  The lockdown in Greater Sydney remains in place until the end of September.

 

COVID-19 travel registration – leaving or entering an area of concern for work 

New requirements apply for authorised workers living or working in LGAs of concern. These new requirements come into effect from 12.01 Saturday 28 August. You can find more information on travel registration the NSW Health page here.

New requirements include the following:

  • Authorised workers from the LGAs of concern who work outside their LGA  are only permitted to work if rapid antigen testing is implemented at their worksite or they have had at least their first vaccination dose by 30 August.  Please note: Authorised Workers include those doing Construction work on un-occupied sites, but does not include those working on occupied sites.   • From Saturday 28 August, authorised workers from the LGAs of concern who work outside their LGA are required to carry a worker permit from Service NSW declaring that they are an authorised worker and cannot work from home.
  • From Saturday 28 August, anyone entering an LGA of concern for the purposes of work must carry a worker permit issued by Service NSW.
  • Keep a copy of your confirmation email with your registration details. If requested, you’ll need to show your confirmation of registration as well as proof of your address to NSW Police or authorised officers (eg Safe Work inspectors).

All contracts and Guides are purchased at the risk of those making the purchase.

TLA does not have access to the customer’s credit card number which is encrypted for security purposes. The credit card will be debited at the time of processing the payment. A tax invoice/receipt will be automatically generated and emailed to the customer.

Orders are ordinarily dispatched by Australia Post, Express Post, within seven working days. Five days should be allowed for delivery. This timeframe is indicative only. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the customer if a delay is expected.

Provided an order has not been dispatched, it may be cancelled in full or part by calling The Landscape Association on (02) 9630 4844. Returns are not accepted by The Landscape Association unless the customer has received an unordered or faulty item, or unless otherwise required under Australian legislation.
