After so successfully designing and constructing this magnificent Clareville Garden, the owners requested Fifth Season Landscapes regularly maintain the space to ensure it is appropriately cared for and matures as intended.  The judges found the maintenance plans and subsequent work to be just as impressive as the initial works. With a clear care regime, and a very commendable communication strategy, Fifth Season Landscapes demonstrated their team to be highly professional with a clear understanding of their stewardship of the space. The judges particularly praised the attention given to the dense planting, the individual shaping of plants and the ongoing discussions and range of techniques employed to manage pests and diseases.

Project: Escarpment Garden

 

Green Revolution Gardens have been responsible for the maintenance of the lovely Escarpment Garden since 2016. The judges found that the very thoughtful and professional practices they use are clearly evident in the results. The team are definitely achieving bang for buck considering the relative low 8 hours devoted to the garden each week and the judges found it refreshing to see the extensive planting variety used in the space. An excellent attention to detail is obvious, especially given the scale of the property. An outstanding balance between the natural environment and the need for pest and disease management was also very well achieved through the use of limited target applications.

Project: Wentworth Point Estate

 

The Wentworth Point Estate, maintained by Green Options, is surrounded by nature and only minutes from the Sydney Olympic Park Precinct. An estate with something for everyone, including a meticulously maintained landscape where residents can walk the foreshore, ride the bike trails, walk the tracks, run wild in the playgrounds or enjoy a coffee at the local café. Judges congratulated the team on an excellent job maintaining a physically and horticulturally challenging estate through high levels of planning, attention and thought. Clearly a very professional approach with excellent communication has been employed. The judges also particularly praised the water use practices, as well as the areas of revitalisation, with good demonstration of best practice techniques.

The Landscape Association does not accept responsibility for loss or damage suffered by any person or body relying directly or indirectly on any information contained within the pro forma contracts or the LNA Master Landscapers Rates Guide Schedule of Rates for Landscape Works. All contracts and Guides are purchased at the risk of those making the purchase.

TLA does not have access to the customer’s credit card number which is encrypted for security purposes. The credit card will be debited at the time of processing the payment. A tax invoice/receipt will be automatically generated and emailed to the customer.

Orders are ordinarily dispatched by Australia Post, Express Post, within seven working days. Five days should be allowed for delivery. This timeframe is indicative only. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the customer if a delay is expected.

Provided an order has not been dispatched, it may be cancelled in full or part by calling The Landscape Association on (02) 9630 4844. Returns are not accepted by The Landscape Association unless the customer has received an unordered or faulty item, or unless otherwise required under Australian legislation.

The Landscape Association reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
