This project was an upgrade of an existing school landscape, consisting of three separate sites within the school. New play equipment was constructed or assembled on site, a new handball court was installed, and the existing Peace garden was rejuvenated. The judges said it was a beautifully presented project, commending the timber work and attention to detail.

This project involved creating an outdoor performance space for the Conservatorium of Music, including terraced seating for 150 people. Constructed to be integrated into the landscape and designed to align with heritage constraints, it included sandstone walls, stairs, path and handrails, along with turf and additional planting.

Darling Quarter is a mixed-use precinct at the southern end of Darling Harbour. Scope of works included bluestone-clad walls, concrete seating stairs, custom furniture, water features, drainage, plantings and irrigation. Judges commended the well-constructed project that ensured that the new materials were incorporated with the existing materials.

Situated in a dense inner-urban suburb, the Green Link and North Rosebery Park is a park renewal project. The scope involved creating an open lawn for recreation, terraced gardens with play areas, and various themed play groves. It also included an upgraded path connection with seating and landscaping, enhancing pedestrian and cycle paths while retaining existing heritage fig trees.

This new public space for the City of Parramatta had many challenges including steep level changes, flooding constraints, mature trees, numerous stakeholders, heritage considerations, and heavy pedestrian traffic. The scope included new access ramps, pathways, landscaping, shade, kiosk and archaeological work. The judges commented that it was an outstanding project with high quality finishes throughout.
