Sharp Landscaping is a family owned and operated landscaping company based in Southern Sydney. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, personalised landscaping services.
We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a qualified, talented and experienced Landscape tradesman to join and lead our team. This position is an evolving role with opportunity to step into the role of team leader for the right candidate.

Do you have?
• experience & qualifications in residential landscape construction
• Hard and soft landscaping skills
• Knowledge of landscape construction techniques and materials, tools and machinery.
• the ability to read & interpret Landscape Documentation
• excellent communication and organisation skills
• Great attention to detail
• Professional, punctual, well organised and hardworking individual
• Able to maintain a polite and professional manner with clients, suppliers and the team.
• A strong sense responsibility and be able to demonstrate initiative

Essential:
• Right to work in Australia
• Current NSW driver's licence
• A Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)



The requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work involves all aspects of hard and soft landscaping.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and materials efficiently.
• Manage and direct junior members of the team.
• Operate, handle and service various tools and equipment.
• Ensure a safe environment for staff and clients by adhering to safety and health regulations.
• Providing end-of-day job reports.
• Always maintain a clean and organised worksite.

All contracts and Guides are purchased at the risk of those making the purchase.

TLA does not have access to the customer’s credit card number which is encrypted for security purposes. The credit card will be debited at the time of processing the payment. A tax invoice/receipt will be automatically generated and emailed to the customer.

Orders are ordinarily dispatched by Australia Post, Express Post, within seven working days. Five days should be allowed for delivery. This timeframe is indicative only. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the customer if a delay is expected.

Provided an order has not been dispatched, it may be cancelled in full or part by calling The Landscape Association on (02) 9630 4844. Returns are not accepted by The Landscape Association unless the customer has received an unordered or faulty item, or unless otherwise required under Australian legislation.

The Landscape Association reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
