The Landscape Association is launching its newest industry event – the exciting new TLA Landscape Expo – in September this year.

This large, trade-focused, and informative event will be held at TAFE NSW, Ryde Campus – Horticulture Faculty, on Wednesday, 6 September 2023 from 8am-3pm.

Landscape professionals across the full spectrum of the industry (maintenance, construction, and design) will love the trade exhibits, product demonstrations and speaker program, with the event promising a tactile, ‘hands on’ experience.

CEO of The Landscape Association, Jodie Dean, says the Expo will offer information on industry-leading insights combined with practical tips, in a program created by landscapers for landscapers.

“TLA’s core purpose is to further the growth and professionalism of the landscape industry, and an event such as the Expo is unrivalled in the industry. We couldn’t be more excited about the program, with its content and networking opportunities,” she says.”

Arrive early to enjoy a free breakfast hosted by TLA – a great way to start the day. Members and non-members alike will have the opportunity to network and meet some of the leaders of the landscaping industry.

Celebrity landscaper (and TLA ambassador) Charlie Albone of TV’s Better Homes and Gardens will be just one of the special guests, and the association aims to have something for everyone with the program, whether they are business owners, people managers, employees, or apprentices.

Attendees can access Expo deals and sponsor prizes throughout the day and TLA is taking the opportunity to launch its new free student membership at the Expo, which is a great initiative for those beginning their landscape career.

Registration is open to both TLA members and non-members, and the Expo is expected to attract more than 300 industry participants including design, construction, and maintenance professional servicing the residential and commercial markets.

In addition, 250 TAFE students across Landscape Construction, Landscape Design and a range of horticulture disciplines will be in attendance.

Non-members will be able to chat with association directors and staff at the TLA stand and if you sign up on the day, TLA will waive the $50 joining fee.
